Everything you need to know about our all inclusive process that has touched dozens of hearts and been the cause of many happy tears.
It doesn't matter how many weddings we've done, before every wedding day starts, Shuli and I pray in the car together; we pray that we can exceed any and every expectation that our couples have of us and that God would pour so much into us that we can't help but overflow into you. We understand that you are wanting beautiful wedding memories and we plan to deliver on that but we also want to give you an experience that will stick with you forever and brings you joy anytime you think about it and it doesn't start the morning of your wedding day but the second you say "I am ready to book you!"

Our Signature Process
I. The Consultation
Filling out the inquiry form on my contact page is where it all begins! The first step towards working with us is determining if we are the perfect fit for you! After getting to know each other online, learning some of the details of your big day and you decide you want to work with me as much as I want to work with you, then we’ll move on to the booking process! ...
II. Save the Date
Yaaayyy you've decided, we are the team for you!! Now let's handle the business end of things real quick so your date can officially be added to our calendar! I'll send you a custom booking contract right to your email, just click to sign, and immediately a deposit invoice will follow - once that's paid you will officially be a #W2W couple and it's nothing but fun stuff from here on out! Oh and you'll receive a little "something" to guide you on to the next step
III. Engagement Session
This is where it gets really good. After you've booked, we'll narrow done a date for your engagement session. I know the thought of this comes off as something to get anxious about but I promise it will be SO much fun. I'll get to learn more about you, your story and you'll get to learn exactly how I shoot and what I will ask of you on your wedding day. After your engagement session I will send you a gallery of images to download and share however you wish.
IV. Timeline Talk
Once we’re 8 weeks out from your big day, we’ll start making sure that we’re completely prepared and ready for your wedding! We love creating custom timelines for our couples to ensure that you don’t miss out on any of your dream wedding photos! Making a photography-friendly timeline is something that will not only help us maximize the day efficiently but help you get the very most amount of photo time you can.
V. Wedding Day
It's here!! The day we BOTH have been waiting for! The time has come for you to sit back and soak in every second of all the hard work you've put in, and for my team and I to get to work. Because I value telling the entirety of the story, we never shoot less than 8 hours. This day will go by so quickly so dance with your loved ones, give your Nana an extra squeeze and trust that I'm capturing it all so beautifully for you. 48 hours after the wedding your sneak peeks will be featured on the Blog!
VI. Gallery + Albums
After your wedding day is over, you will receive an online downloadable gallery full of all of your wedding memories! HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of them! We encourage our W2W Couples to sit down cuddled on the couch the night that their gallery goes live and enjoy reliving their wedding day through their images! Soon after your gallery is delivered, you will receive your album design (if you ordered an album!) and you can begin the customization process!
This right here is my favorite part.
I know you're probably thinking, "Really? More than the wedding day?" But hear me out.
An engagement session has everything I love most about wedding portraits, except there's no timeline to follow. It's just the three of us spending an evening together while I happily third-wheel your love story. We get to slow down, laugh a lot, explore somewhere beautiful, and create images that feel completely like you.
This is where my creativity comes alive. I'm dreaming up prompts, chasing the best light, and capturing all the little moments that happen in between. But more than that, I'm getting to know you. I learn why you love hiking together, hear the story of how you met, find out about the necklace that belonged to your grandmother, or laugh about the perfectly timed fireworks that went off the night you got engaged. Those little details become part of your story, and they matter to me.
By the time your wedding day arrives, we're not strangers anymore. We've shared an experience, you've gotten comfortable in front of my camera, and I know how to photograph the connection that's uniquely yours.
These sessions remind me why I do what I do. I truly believe God has called me to serve couples through photography, and getting a front-row seat to your story is something I'll never take for granted.
Engagement
For couples who want to keep things simple and intentional, elopements offer a beautiful way to celebrate your marriage without the timeline of a full wedding day. My elopement coverage is designed for ceremonies, portraits, and the moments in between, with no reception coverage.
Whether you're exchanging vows on a mountaintop, along the coast, in a quiet forest, or at a destination that holds special meaning, I'm there to document your day as it naturally unfolds. My approach is relaxed and story-driven, focusing on your connection, the landscape around you, and the memories you'll want to relive for years to come.

Elopements
A wedding day holds so many memories in one place. It's filled with anticipation, happy tears, belly laughs, and moments you never knew would mean so much. From getting ready through family portraits and time together as newlyweds, I'm there to document each part of the day with a relaxed, authentic approach.
I'll capture the moments you expect, but I'm always watching for the ones you don't. The quiet glances, heartfelt hugs, thoughtful details...these become the memories you cherish most. My goal is to create timeless images that let you relive your wedding day exactly as it felt.

Wedding Days
The party time. The game time. The "let's cut the cake...and maybe smash a little frosting, too" time.
This is the part of the day everyone has been waiting for. The food, the dancing, the laughter, and the celebration. But before the dance floor fills up, there are some of the most emotional moments of the day. Watching a father dance with his daughter or a groom with his mom gets me every single time. As a mom myself, I feel those moments right along with you.
When the party starts, I'm not just photographing what happens. I'm looking for the reactions, the hugs, the happy tears, the wild dance moves, and all the little moments that make your reception unforgettable. My goal is for you to look back at these images and feel like you're right there all over again.

Most definitely, I've been in specifically the wedding industry since 2018 and I've gotten to meet so many wonderful people over the years. From Dj's to coordinators to florists to make up artists, I have some great recommendations
Do you have any other vendor recommendations?
Yes! The highlight film you will receive will be 3-5 minutes long and delivered through Youtube. The most important wedding day moments will be shot in video and edited over music. Think video montage, not photo slide show
Can you tell me more about the highlight film?
I travel all over! Anywhere in Florida of course; but farther away places too like; North and South Carolina, Virginia, Massachusetts and counting! When I fly out of state my travel expenses for Plane rides, rental cars and hotel fees are added in to the cost of the experience.
Do you travel and if so how does that work?
Rain, it's a terribly big WHAT IF factor for weddings but in all the years I've been photographing weddings it's never been so bad that I couldn't come up with a plan to work around it. And that's the name of game, in those circumstances; pivot and adapt.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Great question! You'll see the first 30-40 photos when your blog post goes live 48 hours post wedding. 4-6 weeks following the wedding you will get your finished online gallery and video. Keep in mind, album design and printing will add additional time. (4-6wks)
How many photographs can I expect to get?
In your finished online gallery you can expect 900+ hand edited images, but this is a low estimate because I am an over shooter. The first and greatest 30-40 will be in your blog post debut, two days after the wedding.
How long does it take to receive my PHOTOS/VIDEO?
